Lighthouse Core Facility, Universitätsklinikum Freiburg. Lighthouse is a joint core facility sponsored by the Dept. of Internal Medicine I, the Comprehensive Cancer Center Freiburg (CCCF), and the Center for Chronic Immunedeficiencies (CCI). Services offered at the facility include high-speed cell sorting, FACS analysis, confocal microscopy, automated microscopy/high content screening, real-time quantitative PCR and digital PCR, as well as consultation, experimental design and analysis with interested users regarding the above methods.
