Lighthouse Core Facility
Lighthouse Core Facility is located at the Medical Center – University of Freiburg (Universitätsklinikum Freiburg). Services offered at the facility include confocal microscopy (including AiryScan and Multiphoton), automated microscopy/high content screening, long-term live cell imaging, high-speed cell sorting, FACS analysis, QPCR/digital PCR, as well as consultation, experimental design and analysis with interested users regarding the above methods. Lighthouse is a joint core facility supported by the Dept. of Medicine I, the DKTK (Deutsches Konsortium für Translationale Krebsforschung), the Center for Chronic Immunedeficiencies (CCI) and the Medical Faculty of the University of Freiburg.
