Microverse Imaging Center
The Microverse Imaging Center is the LM CF for the Cluster of Excellence “Balance of the Microverse”. Our work-horses and their specialized imaging modi are: – LSM980 with AiryScan 2 (spectral imaging,FCS, FRAP) – ELYRA (SIM, SMLM, TIRF, Apotome) – STELLARIS (WLL, MPM, FLIM) Our users can further have access to STED, Raman microscopy and light-sheet microscopy, as well as to our workstation and software (Imaris, Huygens).
