Wellcome Leap Delta Tissue

GerBI-GMB played a key role in the Delta Tissue project, a pioneering initiative supported by Wellcome Leap aimed at advancing tissue research and enhancing our understanding of cellular dynamics across different biological systems. The project focuses on developing innovative technologies to generate and analyze high-dimensional tissue data, which has the potential to revolutionize biomedical research and therapeutic applications. As part of the project, GerBI-GMB contributed its expertise in data management and infrastructure by implementing a Linked Data Demonstrator. This demonstrator enables the integration and seamless sharing of diverse datasets, allowing researchers to explore complex relationships between tissue samples, biological pathways, and disease mechanisms. GerBI-GMB’s extensive experience in data integration, bioinformatics, and collaborative research played a crucial role in ensuring the success of this demonstration, supporting the project’s broader goals of accelerating scientific discovery through better data accessibility and interoperability.
